It's been just 16 months since Arshdeep has started his international career and is already facing much criticism about his tendency to give away runs. It's been more than 12 times he has let the batsmen take more than 10 runs in an over. In the 2022 Asia Cup he dropped a catch of Pakistani batsmen Asif Ali and was hence became a subject of internet trolls. Of Course the catch would’ve been a game changing moment but its always human to make mistakes. Everytime he is mocked, he comes back with an amazing match winning performance to shut down his haters. In 2022, at the MCG in World T20 he gave a tough time to Pakistani batsmen with his deadly blows. Also, in the first T20 game of this year against New Zealand his last over cost 27 runs which also contributed to the defeat of team India. But for the next two games only 7 runs were earned in his last two overs. Right now Arshdeep is only limited to T20Is. Although he has managed to give many good performances over time, the over expectancy of this field has always kept him walking on eggshells. But he has always managed to handle criticism and has emerged victorious.
